Lower Elementary — Developed in partnership with health experts, schools and health organizations, the Amazing Food Detective is an interactive performance exploring the consequences of a poor diet and lack of exercise.
Health Team Four / Educational Theatre Internship
Upper Elementary — Students from Metropolitan State College of Denver's theatre department serve as Educational Theatre Programs interns. They present an interactive play for upper elementary students that creatively demonstrates how food and activity choices impact the future.
Choose Your Life
Upper Elementary — Choose Your Life is a 45-minute live-action play about a game show that invades the life of four unsuspecting students and challenges them to examine their choices. The characters are given six positive, practical strategies for handling bullying situations.
Youth Engagement
High School Program — Actor Educators from the Educational Theatre Programs department work with youth organizations in partnership with experts from school, city and state health organizations to improve community health.
It's Your Health
A lively, engaging program based on a game show format that is used at community events to teach important messages about healthy eating and active living.
